Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Planning & Billing Engineer who is responsible for project scheduling, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and billing activities. The role ensures timely project execution, budget control, and accurate documentation across all construction stages

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor project schedules.

Conduct BOQ/BOM preparation and quantity estimation.

Prepare RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor billing.

Track project progress, cost, and resource utilization.

Coordinate with site, procurement, and accounts teams for timely updates.

Maintain project reports and support management decisions.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Applications from other domain will not be considered. 

Experience

Minimum 3 -6 years of experience in planning and billing within the construction industry
