Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning and Billing Engineer located in Jaipur. The responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing rate analyses, carrying out quantity surveying, and utilizing billing systems to ensure accurate project billing. The role also demands strong analytical skills to analyze project requirements and ensure efficient planning and execution of construction and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and conducting rate analyses
• Strong analytical skills to effectively evaluate project costs and requirements
• Experience with billing systems for accurate project billing and documentation
• Expertise in quantity surveying to ensure measurement accuracy and project efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with project management techniques and tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate with project teams
