Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning and Billing Engineer based in Chennai. The role involves preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing rate analysis, managing billing systems, and conducting quantity surveying. The individual will work closely with the project team to ensure efficient planning and execution. The selected candidate will also handle project documentation and assist in planning and monitoring project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying
Strong Analytical Skills for assessing project requirements and resources
Experience in managing Billing Systems and performing Rate Analysis
Knowledge of project planning and budgeting methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management applications is a plus
