Job description
1. Validating bills of sub contractor & Client as per work order, Knowledge & Understanding of contract condition in client & Contractor work order.
2. Estimation & Costing from structural drawing, Budget Preparation & Cash flow statement, BBS preparation from structural drawings, Rate analysis preparation, check & Validate.
3.DPR vs billed, controlling wastage of material & Manpower, Prepare & update reconcillation statement on monthly basis.
4. Knowledge for preparation billing documents of NHAI/MoRTH Department.
5. Having Experience of 5-6 years in the Construction Field of NHAI Billing compulsory.
Education- B.Tech Civil/ Diploma in Civil
Salary- 30,000- 35,000 Per Month
Location- Deoli Head Office
Having NHAI Exp. Is compulsory
