Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a University Placement specialist at Lovely Professional University’s Jalandhar campus. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with companies to secure placement opportunities for students. The selected candidate will conduct corporate outreach and engage with businesses to understand their recruitment needs and align with the university's student talent pool. Additional duties involve coordinating training programs, supporting students in placement preparation, and organizing career events like placement drives and job fairs. The individual will also manage communication between students, recruiters, and academic departments to ensure a seamless placement process.
