Placement Manager EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd.

empower youth with industry-ready training and career opportunities

Role & Responsibilities

Placement Manager

Counsel students to align career goals with available job roles.
Prepare learners for interviews through coaching, guidance, and mock sessions.
Ensure sufficient job vacancies for every graduating student.
Partner with Centre Managers and Counselors to match students with job requirements.
Support trainers in assessing students as per client expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and corporate partners.
Track and achieve placement targets for all assigned centres.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with Trainers, Counselors, Centre Managers, Franchise Managers, and the Central Placement Team.
Report daily/weekly placement updates and participate in monthly reviews.

Preferred Profile

Graduate in any discipline with
25 years’ experience
in student placements, CSR placements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Organized, data-driven, and passionate about youth development.
Fluency in English and local language.
