For Picker & Packer:-
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Carefully read and interpret order forms to identify the correct items, quantities, and specifications.
Picking: Physically locate and retrieve items from warehouse inventory.
Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage or defects before packing.
Packing: Securely place picked items into appropriate boxes, using cushioning materials as needed to prevent damage during transit.
Labeling: Apply accurate shipping labels with the correct address and order information to packages.
Inventory Management: Keep the warehouse organized, maintain accurate inventory records, and replenish shelves.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Equipment Operation: Use and maintain equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or automated picking systems.
Technology Use: Utilize handheld scanners, computers, and other electronic devices to track inventory and orders.
Reporting: Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or mechanical issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: The ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift products repeatedly.

Key Responsibilities:
Rack Installer/Pallet Rack Installer:
Responsible for the physical assembly, installation, and anchoring of various racking systems.
Rack Worker/Rack Maintenance Technician:
Focuses on maintaining the organization, safety, and structural integrity of existing racking systems.
Material Handler/Warehouse Worker:
Uses racking to store, organize, and retrieve inventory, ensuring items are properly placed and tracked.

Building and securing racking systems according to blueprints and project plans.
Inventory Management:
Storing and organizing goods on racks, often using forklifts or pallet jacks, to optimize space.
