PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and mentor a team of PHP (Laravel) and Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) developers.

 Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance HRMS / SaaS applications.

 Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve coding efficiency,

debugging, and delivery timelines.

 Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

 Implement best coding practices, security standards, and performance optimization techniques.

 Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure maintainable, high-quality code.

 Integrate AI and machine learning models into business applications when required.

 Manage cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean) and contribute to DevOps

processes (CI/CD pipelines, containerization).

 Stay updated with emerging technologies in PHP, Python, Laravel, AI tools, and cloud computing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using PHP (Laravel) and Python

(Django/Flask/FastAPI) frameworks.

 Proven team leadership experience, including mentoring and project ownership.

 Strong expertise in REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and basic frontend integration.

 Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).

 Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, microservices, and design patterns.

 Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or GitLab).

 Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean).

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

 Experience in SaaS or HRMS/ERP product development.

 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello).

 Working knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

 Understanding of AI/ML integration, data APIs, and automation pipelines.

 Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
