We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our client’s team as a PGT Physics Teacher. Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for the Physics curriculum. Conduct daily classroom instruction that promotes student learning and understanding of Physics concepts. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments. Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences. Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring and assistance with coursework. Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment. Incorporate interdisciplinary approaches to connect Physics with other subjects. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions. Develop and maintain a system for tracking student progress. Collaborate with fellow educators to improve curriculum and teaching strategies. Promote scientific inquiry and critical thinking among students. Ensure compliance with school policies and education regulations. Encourage participation in extracurricular activities related to Physics. Prepare students for exams and assessments relevant to their academic progression. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physics or related field (Master's preferred). Teaching certification in secondary education. Proven experience in teaching Physics at the high school level. Strong knowledge of Physics concepts and application. Familiarity with current educational technologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs. Active engagement in professional development activities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Experience with curriculum development and assessment practices. Proficient in creating a variety of assessment methods. Passion for teaching and inspiring students. Flexibility in adapting teaching methods to changing circumstances.
