About The Opportunity

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Senior Secondary (Grades XI & XII), covering literature, grammar, and composition aligned with CBSE/State Board curriculum.
• Design and implement assessments, including formative and summative evaluations, to monitor student progress and tailor instructional strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback, conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Develop innovative instructional materials and integrate educational technology to enhance classroom engagement and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic leadership and fellow educators on curriculum planning, extracurricular initiatives, and school events.
• Uphold classroom management best practices, fostering a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning atmosphere.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with a valid teaching certification.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level (Class XI & XII).
• Proficient understanding of CBSE/State Board exam patterns and syllabus requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Demonstrated classroom management and student engagement capabilities.
  

Preferred

• Experience integrating digital teaching tools (LMS, SMART Boards) into lesson delivery.
• Additional certification in English language teaching (TEFL/TESOL).
• Track record of leading extracurricular activities such as debate clubs or literary societies.
