About The Opportunity

A leading educational staffing consultancy in the K-12 academic sector, partnering with top-tier English-medium schools across India to cultivate critical thinking and advanced language proficiency. We are committed to fostering student success through engaging, research-backed English instruction and holistic language development.As a PGT English Teacher, you will deliver on-site classes for senior secondary students, design innovative lesson plans, and drive measurable improvements in language skills and academic performance.Role & Responsibilities

Plan and deliver comprehensive English curriculum for grades 11 and 12, aligning with CBSE, ICSE, or IB standards.
Develop interactive lesson plans, incorporating literature, grammar, composition, and communication skills.
Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
Utilize multimedia resources, group activities, and technology to enhance classroom engagement.
Guide students in preparing for board exams and competitive tests (IELTS, TOEFL) with targeted coaching.
Collaborate with academic leadership and parents to monitor progress and address learning gaps.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Postgraduate degree in English Literature or English Language
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) certification
2+ years of experience as a PGT English Teacher in reputable schools

Preferred

Experience with activity-based learning and modern pedagogical methodologies
Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or IB curriculum frameworks
Additional ESL/TEFL certification or training
