Salary:

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Experience Required:

1–2 years of teaching experience preferred

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in English (MA in English)
• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory

Job Description:Core Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to senior secondary classes (Classes 11 & 12) following CBSE or State Board curriculum.
• Design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons focused on grammar, writing, poetry, prose, and communication skills.
• Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and advanced academic writing.

Instructional Duties:

• Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities that align with educational objectives.
• Use modern teaching tools and technology (e.g., smart boards, presentations, online resources) to enhance student learning.
• Assign and assess homework, projects, essays, and oral presentations.
• Conduct regular tests and evaluations to track and support academic progress.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in curriculum planning, department meetings, and school events.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and analytical thinking.
• Support students in literary competitions, debates, and language-based extracurricular activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and collaborate with parents during PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings).

Skills Required:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong knowledge of literature and language teaching methodologies
• Proficient in lesson planning and student assessment
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and learning platforms
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to inspire students and promote academic excellence
