We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Secretary to support the CEO/Director in managing day-to-day operations, schedules, communication, and key organisational priorities. The role requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Track and follow up on key action points, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Administrative & Office Management

  • Handle confidential documents, reports, and files with discretion.
  • Manage reimbursements, expense reports, and vendor coordination related to the CEO’s office.
  • Support in drafting official letters, internal communications, and documentation as needed.

Strategic Support

  • Assist in research, background notes, and data collation for presentations or business meetings.
  • Help monitor important projects, timelines, and company initiatives aligned with leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal reviews, leadership offsites, and special initiatives.

Travel & Event Management

  • Plan and execute detailed travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
  • Organise key meetings, events, and engagements involving leadership and external stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and productivity tools.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, English, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience supporting CXO-level executives or senior management (preferably in a corporate, consulting, or professional services setup).
  • Prior experience in client coordination, office management, or executive support preferred.
