As a Personal Secretary to a high-performing Realtor, you will play a crucial role in providing real estate administration, sales coordination, and personal-level support. Your exceptional organizational skills, proactive nature, and ability to handle both business and personal tasks with professionalism and discretion will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Provide real estate administrative support to the Realtor. - Assist with real estate sales coordination. - Manage the Realtor's schedule, appointments, and travel plans. - Ensure confidentiality in all business and personal matters. - Offer personal-level support by providing companionship during events, social gatherings, or travel. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proactive nature and ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be working in a full-time, permanent role with the opportunity for performance bonuses. The work schedule may include night shifts and rotational shifts, with the requirement to be present in person at the designated work location.
