About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within our organization. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies to fulfill them. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Use various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Develop and post engaging job descriptions that attract the right candidates. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and support hiring managers during the interview process. Provide regular updates on recruitment status and pipeline. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Maintain and improve employer branding initiatives.
