Position: Personal Assistant to the Deputy director for Design & EntrepreneurLocation: Lucknow, IndiaType: Full-Time | On-Site


Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven Personal Assistant to support the Design Head of LPS, who also oversees various entrepreneurial ventures, including organic farming and creative businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow with the organization and gain hands-on experience across diverse sectors including education, design, sustainability, and business operations.


Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Personal Assistant*The following are the KRAs for a Personal Assistant:1. __24_7 Availability_*: Be available and responsive over calls, WhatsApp, and emails on a 24*7 basis.2. *Travel Accompaniment*: Accompany me to different parts of the country as and when required.3. *Passport Requirement*: Possess a valid passport for potential international travel.4. *Local Mobility*: Have own vehicle for movement within the city.5. *Domain Flexibility*: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working across diverse domains, including:- Politics- Education- Hospitality- Agriculture- Travel industry- Social media- Artificial Intelligence (A.I)- Information Technology (I.T)- Architecture- Interior designing6. *Meeting Scheduling*: Schedule meetings with various stakeholders as required.7. *Meeting Minutes*: Prepare and maintain accurate minutes of meetings.8. *Confidentiality*: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.9. *Record Maintenance*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.10. *Problem-Solving and Challenge Management*: Be proactive in taking up challenges and solving problems across various domains, with a positive and adaptable attitude.11. *Travel Flexibility*: Be flexible towards travelling, both within the country and internationally, as required.Qualifications & Skills•Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role managing multi-faceted responsibilities•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities•Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI-based design tools (e.g., Canva)•Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment•Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset•Discreet and capable of handling sensitive and confidential informationCompensationSalary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
