Job Title: Personal Assistant (Interior Design Support)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our senior management in day‑to‑day operations related to interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience in managing calendars, client/vendor communication, and be comfortable traveling frequently between project sites in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage the senior executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.

·      Coordinate and follow up with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely task completion.

·      Keep track of interior design project progress, materials, and on‑site requirements.

·      Handle vendor coordination — including billing, payments, and documentation.

·      Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and project updates.

·      Ensure smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations.

·      Visit interior design sites regularly for progress tracking and coordination.

·      Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Degree in Interior Design or relevant field is a plus).

·      Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

·      Good understanding of interior design operations or project coordination.

·      Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

·      Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail.

·      Willingness to travel extensively within Pune for site visits and vendor meetings.

Preferred Attributes

·      Prior experience in a design, architecture, or project‑based company.

·      Ability to handle multiple stakeholders independently.
