About The Role

• We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a practicing Architect engaged in designing and building homes, flats, commercial complexes, and interiors. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and visiting project sites when required.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book appointments
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors
• Attend site visits for basic supervision, coordination, or updates
• Maintain project records, files, and documentation
• Prepare basic reports or letters using MS Word
• Maintain Excel sheets for project updates, expenses, or contact databases
• Assist in following up with suppliers or service providers
• Manage email correspondence and follow-ups
• Perform other administrative or support tasks as required
  

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Should be presentable, polite, and punctual
• Must be willing to travel for local site visits (within Anand and nearby areas)
• Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
