Track and minimize offer drop-off ratio. 7. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with labor laws and internal policies. Handle background verification and documentation checks. 8. Reporting & Analytics Generate regular reports on hiring status, metrics (e.g., TAT, quality of hire, source of hire). Present hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics to clients or internal leadership. 9. Employer Branding (Optional but Valuable) Help promote the clients brand via social media, job fairs, and campaigns. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 10. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers and HR teams. Coordinate with third-party vendors or staffing partners if needed.
