Job Title: Recruitment Manager / Account Manager (Remote Bangalore) Location : Remote (Bangalore-based candidates preferred) Industry : IT Consulting & Staffing Company : Diverse Lynx About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Manager / Account Manager to lead and scale strategic IT hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing high-volume hiring, maintaining strong delivery metrics, and handling client communication, especially with Infosys, Wipro, or similar enterprise clients . Key Responsibilities Client/POC Management : Handle 1520 client POCs independently; maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth delivery. End-to-End Recruitment : Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles from sourcing to onboarding. Delivery Ownership : Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements while maintaining high-quality standards. Stakeholder Management : Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams for project status, feedback, and escalations. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet aggressive hiring targets. Reporting & Analysis : Monitor daily/weekly hiring metrics and present delivery reports to leadership and clients. Process Optimization : Continuously improve the recruitment process and delivery approach. Mandatory Requirements 6–12 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment and client/account handling . Must have worked directly with Infosys, Wipro, or similar Tier-1 IT clients . Proven experience handling 15–20 POCs independently. Strong understanding of various IT technologies and hiring practices. Hands-on experience with ATS, Excel dashboards , and MIS tracking. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Prior experience in IT staffing firms / consulting setups .
