Role & responsibilities

Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field.
Proven experience (1–5 years) in IT recruitment, either in an agency or corporate setup.
Familiarity with various sourcing channels, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
