Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing:

    Proactively source and attract top-tier technical talent using various channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, Naukri, networking, and referrals etc.
  • Candidate Screening:

    Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.
  • Interview Coordination:

    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the technical hiring team. Ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Offer Management:

    Lead the offer negotiation and closing process, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and hiring team.
  • Onboarding:

    Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new recruitment strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    6 months - 3 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in an IT services company.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including but not limited to Software Development, Cloud Technologies, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
  • Excellent Communication:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sourcing Expertise:

    Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms for candidate sourcing. Ability to proactively reach out to passive candidates.
  • Interviewing Skills:

    Experience conducting technical interviews or working closely with technical teams to assess candidates skills.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented:

    Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technology Tools:

    Familiarity with recruitment software (ATS), MS Office Suite, and other sourcing tools.
