Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with 9 to 20 years of experience to join our team in Pan India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PS and excellent recruitment skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide updates.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 9 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in SAP PS.
Strong knowledge of SAP PS and its applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools.
