Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Business/ Financials

Drive NRI business across mapped region through branch team engagement
Identify and convert NRI leads through various channels (branch, referral, personal network)
Drive cross-sell of NRI-focused products (NRE/NRO accounts, Forex, TPP products)

2. Customer (Both Internal & External)

Conduct joint customer calls with branch teams for pitching NRI offerings
Support branches as single point of contact for NRI business enablement
Address escalations related to NRI services and ensure timely resolution

3. Internal Process

Ensure adherence to regulatory (RBI) and internal compliance norms for NRI accounts
Guide branches in documentation, KYC, and onboarding processes
Track NRI leads, conversions, and activation status
Provide MIS, feedback, and action plans to regional/central teams

4. Innovation & Learning

Conduct training sessions for branch staff on NRI products and customer engagement
Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, service) to improve customer experience
