1. Apply data-driven insights to drive performance marketing strategies across all channels
2. Tweak your strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all existing marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance marketing effectiveness.
3. Lead a team of performance marketers to help conceptualize, develop and test campaigns to improve performance.
4. Analyze the market, competitors, and audience- providing actionable insights
5. Driven by numbers and bring actionable insights to the table to grow traffic by integrating diverse data from multiple sources and communicating the same to the leadership team
6. Deep understanding of business models, monetization strategies, and end marketing goals
7. You can collaborate with the creative, tech, and business development data team to build effective products as per the market need and effectively map them to the target audience
8. Your key responsibility is to achieve periodic performance marketing goals at an optimal cost across multiple sources - Search, Display, Social, Native, Programmatic, and Affiliate platforms
9. Lead performance marketing strategy with direct responsibility for strategizing all aspects of digital campaigns: campaign conceptualization, to research, account structuring, Ad Rank improvisations, conversion funnel optimization Reporting.
10. Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
11. Own user acquisition metrics to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals across platforms - Web and Apps, for your product portfolio
12. Lead optimize media buying decisions by using vast sources of data: campaign reports, internal databases, competitor analysis, and market intelligence
13. Be at the forefront of the latest Ad tech developments, DSP's algorithms, and Product research market opportunities to diversify and scale the business.
