Founded by Slony, a skilled businesswoman who left her corporate career to pursue her true passion, Very Much Indian focuses on handloom and art, producing sarees made of pure silk and cotton with unmatched shine and sophistication. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role located in Pune. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and optimizing sales channels. Daily tasks will include monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, coordinating with the sales and customer service teams, and managing communication channels to enhance customer experience and engagement. Responsibilties Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CAC, and other key performance metrics Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify Collaborate with content, design, and e-commerce teams to align performance marketing with brand and product goals Identify new growth opportunities, performance levers, and untapped audiences Manage budgets effectively and allocate spending across platforms for maximum ROI Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or D2C brands (Fashion will be an advantage) Proven experience managing performance campaigns with significant monthly budgets Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid platforms Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel Working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus Ability to think creatively and experiment while being grounded in numbers and ROI  What we offer Opportunity to scale a fast-growing, heritage-first fashion brand A collaborative and creative work culture Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Freedom to innovate and implement your ideas This is an On-Site Job Show more Show less
