Role Description

Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch & optimize

  high-budget campaigns

  across Meta & Google Ads.
• Own

  CAC, ROAS, MER & revenue growth targets

  .
• Scale budgets profitably while maintaining efficiency.
• Conduct

  audience research, competitor analysis & funnel optimization

  .
• Collaborate with the creative/design team to generate high-performing ad content.
• Report campaign performance and recommend

  strategic growth initiatives

  .

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years proven experience

  in Meta & Google Ads (E-commerce / D2C is a must).
• Prior experience with

  fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands

  (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of

  attribution, CAC, ROAS, AOV & scaling strategies

  .
• Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent communication & reporting abilities.
• Growth-oriented, with the ambition to
