Job Title: Performance & Social Media Marketing Executive Location: Pitampura Delhi Company: Shyam Fitness Company Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence and growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running high-performing campaigns, managing social platforms, and leveraging content to drive engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: · Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and other ad networks. · Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI. · Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). · Create and oversee UGC (User Generated Content) strategies, influencer collaborations, and community engagement. · Develop engaging content calendars and ensure consistent posting aligned with brand tone. · Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations. · Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and social media algorithms. Requirements: · Proven experience in performance marketing, social media marketing, and handling ad campaigns. · Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools. · Ability to design and implement content strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. · Creative mindset with a strong understanding of trends, reels, and viral content. · Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. · Knowledge of graphic/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) will be a plus.
