Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and certified Gym Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding members to achieve their fitness goals through customized workout plans, motivation, and support in a safe and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new members.

Design and implement personalized workout programs based on individual needs.

Instruct members on correct exercise techniques and use of gym equipment.

Monitor progress and provide feedback, modifications, or advanced plans.

Ensure a safe and clean training environment at all times.

Motivate and encourage members to achieve fitness goals.

Provide group training sessions or fitness classes if required.

Maintain knowledge of current health and fitness trends.

Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to management.

Uphold the gym’s standards of professionalism, hygiene, and member service.

Requirements:

Certification in fitness training or equivalent.

Proven experience as a gym (min. 1 years preferred).

Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and safety practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, motivating, and results-driven attitude.

ACE and NASM certified (preferred)

Working Hours:

Rotational hours, weekend’s – as per requirement
