Personal Fitness Trainer

As a Personal Fitness Trainer at Rise and Lift Fitness Studio in Coimbatore, your role will involve creating customized fitness plans for clients, conducting individual and group training sessions, implementing corrective exercises, and ensuring clients exercise safely and effectively.
