Performance Marketing Specialist

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), and TikTok Ads.
• Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and ROAS.
• Work with design/content team to ensure brand consistency across ads and funnels.
• Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and deliver weekly reports on metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• Build retargeting strategies to re-engage high-intent visitors and cart abandoners.
• Suggest and implement growth experiments (influencer-boosted ads, lead magnets, lookalike audiences, etc.).
• Collaborate with the social media and website teams to align paid and organic growth strategies.
  

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands.
• Proven success in scaling Meta and Google Ads with measurable ROI.
• Strong grasp of conversion tracking, funnel metrics, attribution models, and budget allocation.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into clear, actionable steps.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative in problem-solving.
  

Preferred

• Experience in wellness, supplements, or lifestyle D2C brands.
• Basic understanding of email marketing flows and conversion optimization (CRO).
• Familiarity with AI-driven targeting or automation tools.
