Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, based in Thane. The primary responsibilities include managing and executing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns, developing and optimizing paid advertising strategies, and continually analyzing performance metrics to drive growth. The Specialist will be responsible for market research, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer acquisition and retention through effective campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be essential to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)

Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

YouTube Ads

Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP

Manage and optimize a monthly budget of ₹15–20 Lakhs, ensuring efficient RoAS and CAC.

Own the performance funnel – from impression to conversion – with a focus on driving sales and scaling efficiently.

Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and product teams to craft high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide regular reporting on key metrics (CPA, RoAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).

Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

Stay up to date with platform changes and new features across Google, Meta, YouTube, and Amazon.

Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc., to track, attribute, and report campaign performance.

Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if required for scaling campaigns.


Desired Skills and Competency

3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Proven track record of managing ₹15 Lakhs+ monthly ad budgets.

Must have directly worked on performance campaigns for Google, Meta, YouTube, and Amazon.

Prior experience in Ayurveda, Beauty, Hair Care, or related personal care categories (preferred).

Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, metrics, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.

Familiarity with attribution tools, pixel implementation, and e-commerce analytics.


Bonus: Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
