About the role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You’ll work closely with the Founders and creative team to scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROI, efficient CAC, and brand-aligned execution. As watch strap swapping is still an emerging behaviour in India, this role will focus on building awareness at scale, supported by thoughtful remarketing and funnel optimisation to steadily convert engaged audiences. It is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience running campaigns and is ready for more ownership and impact in a start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Ownership-

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Own end-to-end campaign management: setup, tracking, optimization, scaling, and reporting
  • Drive conversions, revenue, and lead generation with a focus on ROAS and CAC efficiency

Performance & Analytics-

  • Monitor daily performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV, and conversions
  • Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets to maximize ROI and ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Identify insights and growth opportunities from performance data
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear data driven recommendations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and platform algorithm changes

Testing & Optimization-

  • Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Work on landing page and funnel optimization in collaboration with internal teams

Collaboration-

  • Work closely with Founders on growth targets, budgets, and scaling plans
  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Ensure performance campaigns align with the brand’s premium and lifestyle positioning

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 2- 4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, Paid Social, Remarketing, CRO
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing for performance metrics
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced start-up environment
