About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for scaling our digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), optimizing for performance, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Affiliate networks, and Marketplace Ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Manage and scale marketplace performance campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and promotional ads
• Own KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, AOV, and LTV across both D2C and marketplace channels
• Create audience segments, keyword strategies, and run A/B tests to improve targeting, creatives, and messaging
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams for campaign ideation, listing optimization, landing page optimization, and funnel improvement
• Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, marketplace reporting dashboards, and attribution tools
• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices across digital and marketplace ecosystems
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation across platforms

Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven success in scaling D2C, e-commerce, and marketplace campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, marketplace analytics, etc.)
• Proficient in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads
• Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, pixel-based campaigns, and keyword-driven marketplace ads
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
• Strong analytical mindset with a performance-first approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
