Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
● Drive customer acquisition and conversion growth through full-funnel paid media strategies.
● Continuously track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance – focusing on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and other KPIs.
● Conduct regular A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to enhance performance.
● Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ads are visually engaging and conversion-friendly.
● Build segmented remarketing and lookalike campaigns based on customer behavior and lifecycle.
● Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing across platforms while keeping efficiency metrics in check.
● Report weekly insights with actionable recommendations and forecasting inputs.
● Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
