• We’re looking for a

  Performance Marketing Specialist

  who can manage, optimize, and scale our advertising campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

  — driving conversions, not just clicks.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Track performance using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
• Write compelling ad copies and optimize creatives for performance.
• Provide weekly reports on ad performance and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience running Meta & Google Ads for

  e-commerce or D2C brands

  .
• Strong understanding of

  conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools

  .
• Knowledge of ad creatives, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with

  Shopify

  (bonus).
