We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale our advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads — driving conversions, not just clicks. Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Track performance using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
