o Develop data-driven ad strategies to achieve business objectives (leads, sales, app installs, website traffic, etc.).
o Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, placements, and ad formats.
o Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure optimal ROI.
o Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and implement corrective actions where required.
o Use advanced targeting options such as lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
o Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives and compelling copy.
o Recommend creative directions based on performance insights and audience behavior.
o Plan and manage monthly ad spends efficiently while maintaining profitability.
o Forecast, allocate, and track campaign budgets across multiple objectives.
o Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for scaling campaigns.
o Track industry trends, competitor ad strategies, and best practices.
o Continuously experiment with new campaign types, creatives, and bidding strategies.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
