Performance Marketing Specialist CTC: ₹5 to 6 lakh We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive company growth by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will focus on measurable outcomes like reducing lead costs, increasing ROI, and refining strategies based on performance data.  This role involves identifying key campaign metrics, reporting outcomes, and providing decision-makers with insights into the impact of online advertising through data-driven content and targeted messaging. Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including SEM, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic ads and websites. Manage campaign budgets to meet KPIs while maintaining optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Coordinate with multiple vendors and third-party trackers to achieve acquisition goals. Measure, report, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals like ROI and KPIs. Identify key trends and insights to optimize ad spend and campaign performance. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. Monitor campaigns for fraud, implementing measures to minimize fraud. Plan and run A/B tests to improve campaign and creative performance. Suggest and explore new digital channels that could effectively increase user acquisition Qualifications and Skills: A strong quantitative background. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing in-house performance marketing at technology companies (e-commerce). Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels. Experience with Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns. Experience with platform integration for tracking and campaign setup (e.g., Google ad, Meta Ads, Criteo, RTBhouse, ). Knowledge of Google Analytics for performance analysis. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data. Knowledge of programmatic ad buying is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams to meet goals.
