Role Overview

D2C website and marketplace sales

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, set up, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Develop full-funnel media strategies for awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage remarketing, dynamic ads, and lookalike audience targeting.

  • 2. Budget & Performance Management

    • Plan monthly budgets and allocate spends effectively across channels.
    • Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
    • Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining efficiency.

  • 3. Creative Testing & Collaboration

    • Work with the creative team to develop ad copies, videos, and visuals tailored for paid campaigns.
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.

  • 4. Analytics & Reporting

    • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
    • Stay updated with algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry benchmarks.

  • 5. D2C & Marketplace Focus

    • Drive traffic and conversions for Aquench’s D2C website.
    • Support performance ads for marketplace promotions (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads if needed).
    • Collaborate with sales/e-commerce team to align campaigns with promotions and seasonal demand.


    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • 3–4 years of proven performance marketing experience (FMCG, Healthcare, or D2C brand preferred).
    • Strong expertise in

      Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)

      and

      Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)

      .
    • Hands-on with

      Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio/Looker Studio

      .
    • Familiarity with landing page tools (Unbounce, Webflow) and CRO principles.
    • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM).
    • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
