Performance Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across 

    Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

    Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)

    , and 

    LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research for Google Search campaigns, focusing on user intent & competitive opportunities.
  • Perform audience segmentation and structured campaign architecture for improved targeting and ROAS.
  • Monitor and optimize for core KPIs: 

    ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPA

    , and revenue-driving metrics.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Work with creative and brand teams to shape ad copy, creatives, and landing page/Funnel strategies.
  • Execute 

    prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike/custom audience

     frameworks.
  • Maintain disciplined 

    budget pacing

     and ensure performance efficiency across channels.
  • Diagnose performance drop-offs and implement 

    data-backed corrective strategies

    .
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of 

    Meta Pixel

     setup and verification on 

    Shopify / WordPress

    .
  • Operate confidently in a 

    multi-brand environment

     with clarity, ownership, and strong communication.

  • What You Bring
    • 1–3 years

       of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
    • Proficiency in 

      Google Ads Manager

       and 

      Meta Ads Manager

       (required).
    • Strong expertise in 

      Keyword Research

       and 

      Search Campaign Optimization

      .
    • Understanding of conversion tracking & attribution models.
    • Working knowledge of 

      Meta Pixel

       setup on Shopify / WordPress.
    • Experience with 

      YouTube Ads

       and/or 

      LinkedIn Ads

       (preferred, not mandatory).
    • Experience working with 

      eCommerce and/or service-based

       brand accounts.
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.
