We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid performance channels to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high ROI through precise targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Role Objectives:

• Plan and execute high-performing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve specific KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Use data-driven insights to scale successful strategies and eliminate underperforming ones.
• Continuously test creatives, ad copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize results.
• Present campaign performance reports to internal teams and clients with actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Ads Strategy & Execution:

• Manage end-to-end campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and other performance platforms.
• Implement conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Create, test, and refine ad creatives and copy based on performance data.

Optimization & Testing:

• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Optimize budget allocation across channels to achieve the best cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Adjust bids, placements, and targeting to meet performance goals.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and revenue generated.
• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio to derive insights.
• Provide clear recommendations for scaling campaigns and improving efficiency.

Industry Trends & Innovation:

• Stay updated on new performance marketing tools, platform updates, and best practices.
• Experiment with emerging ad platforms and innovative growth strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven results in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and ROI tracking.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Advanced knowledge of campaign optimization, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or related performance marketing platforms will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
