Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience driving customer acquisition, traffic, and conversions for an e-commerce business using measurable, ROI-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve ROAS goals
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Work closely with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives
• Monitor funnel performance and improve user acquisition and retention
• Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion tracking
• Experience with Pixel, GA4, and conversion APIs
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in D2C or fashion e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, WebEngage, Clevertap, or MoEngage
• Knowledge of Amazon Ads / marketplace ads is a plus
