We are looking for a data-driven and results oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance metrics, and a passion for driving measurable business growth through paid media.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and other performance channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-backed adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
  • Run A/B tests to enhance click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
  • Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion pixels.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithms, digital marketing trends, and new advertising technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of keyword bidding, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Skilled in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for campaign tracking and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to measure and optimize ROI.
  • Proficiency in crafting ad copies and creative assets for paid campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing programs (preferred).

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid campaign management.

  • Lead/Sales Volume

Compensation

  • Starting Salary: ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Schedule

Day shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMWorking Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
