Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services. Responsibilities Brainstorm with clients, using exercises that help build upon their writing skills. These exercises would be aimed at developing critical thinking and active engagement with materials rather than simple comprehension. to write impactful and powerful admission essays and personal statements. Editing and proofreading essay questions and personal essays on students’ applications, check Quality work, grammar, structure, logic, syntax and vocabulary and edit where necessary. Consulting and guiding them to find better ways of expression, depending on the requirement, help them develop/ improve their writing skills Understand their writing styles to enhance their skills as a writer. Help them tap into their own intellect and experiences to bring about the most in their writing. Create plans, goal sheets with the clients and identify turnaround time. Collaborate with team members for other initiatives related to content development & writing. Required Skills A professional writer who can write impactful and powerful admission essays and personal statements. Quality work, grammar, structure, logic, syntax and vocabulary are of extreme importance in this task. AddedEducation is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to collaborate with the client acquisition and client delivery teams. This individual is the bridge between the marketing team and client acquisition, client delivery teams to ensure that campaigns are generating “relevant” and “qualified” leads based on the company’s business plans Main Duties & Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Content Creation Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Create highly engaging, platform-specific content (posts, stories, reels, carousels, blogs) tailored to students, parents, and alumni. Schedule and optimize posts using tools like Buffer/Hootsuite. Stay updated on education trends (study abroad, admissions, news) and adapt content accordingly. Own end-to-end content curation, creation, and engagement with the audience. Develop trending formats and implement updates for algorithm hacking. Create a monthly activity plan and tracker to keep track of activities. Conduct competitor research online. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Drive sign-ups, downloads, and link clicks through social media. Community & Engagement Connect with industry professionals and influencers through social media to establish a robust network. Ensure that the internal team is engaged and serves as our social media evangelists. Set up and execute Thought Leadership through AddedEducation’s team handles. Actively engage with our community (clients, alumni, prospects) via comments, DMs, emails, and WhatsApp groups. Build 1:1 relationships – answer queries, share success stories, and foster discussions. Organize and host live Q&A sessions, webinars, alumni chats, and networking events (virtual/in-person). Spotlight alumni journeys, interview past clients for testimonials, case studies, and social features. Moderate online communities (Facebook groups, LinkedIn forums, Discord) to keep discussions valuable and spam-free. Build conviction through various channels. Analytics and reporting Track KPIs (engagement, leads, and conversions) and refine strategies weekly. Report on ROI of social campaigns and suggest improvements. Video Editor & YouTube Strategist Subsidiary of AddedEducation | Full-time | Remote About Us We are a subsidiary of AddedEducation, building digital-first storytelling through YouTube and social media. Our channel, Sbae Travel , focuses on creating high-quality, engaging video content that blends creativity with strategy. We’re now looking for a full-time Video Editor & YouTube Strategist (not freelance) to join our growing team. Role & Scope This is a full-time position (approx. 40 hours/week) with flexible working days. The role is project-driven and centers around the publishing of one long-form YouTube video every Sunday afternoon (Singapore time). Your role will extend beyond editing—you’ll be expected to strategize, optimize, and shape the channel’s growth . Key Responsibilities: Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–30 min, ideally 10–15 min). Edit short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Create and suggest eye-catching thumbnails to maximize click-through rates. Propose caption styles, music, sound effects, and visual elements . Ensure all content is aligned with Sbae Travel’s branding (colors, fonts, editorial style). Apply YouTube SEO best practices (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails). Suggest content ideas based on trends, geography, and audience insights . Manage video scheduling and delivery deadlines . Workflow & Timeline Saturday/Sunday: Receive raw content. Tuesday/Wednesday morning: Submit first draft. Friday: Deliver final version. Sunday (SG time): Video goes live. Saturday (buffer): Reserved for last-minute changes. KPIs & Targets Minimum 5 long-form YouTube videos per month (10–30 min). Consistency in publishing 1 video every Sunday . Minimum 5 YouTube Shorts per week , either repurposed or created from provided assets. Active participation in weekly team meetings for collaboration and alignment. Creative input in both editing and content direction. Trial Period & Compensation Trial period: 25 August – 28 September (covering 5 Sundays). Compensation during trial: INR 35,000/month. Post-trial compensation: INR 40,000/month (based on continuation and performance). Key Skills Required Strong video editing skills (long & short form). Knowledge of YouTube SEO and growth strategies. Thumbnail design with strong graphic sense (high CTR focus). Ability to adapt content for social media formats . Strategic and analytical mindset—trendspotting and audience insights. Strong organization and reliability in meeting deadlines. Proactive creativity aligned with brand vision and audience.
