Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google for eCommerce clients.
  • Design and implement end-to-end funnel strategies — from awareness to retention.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics to optimize for higher ROAS and reduced CAC.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy variations, and audience groups to refine performance.
  • Track, measure, and report key KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Collaborate closely with design and content teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign goals.
  • Identify emerging trends, new audience opportunities, and innovative ad strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage ad budgets strategically to maximize revenue efficiency and profitability.
  • Utilize platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4 for performance tracking and insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,461.40 - ₹28,000.00 per month
