Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, monitoring ad spend, and generating performance reports. The specialist will work closely with the creative and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and paid advertising
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media ads
• Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Mumbai
• Experience with D2C brands and e-commerce is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
