Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across

  Google SEM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

• Own the

  end-to-end campaign lifecycle

  from keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing to optimization and reporting.
• Manage budgets effectively to deliver strong ROI and

  lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).

• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns reflect the

  brand narrative + growth objectives.

• Stay up to date on

  new ad formats, platform changes, and performance marketing best practices.

Ideal Profile

• 36 years of hands-on experience in

  performance marketing / digital media buying.

• Proven track record of running

  high-ROI paid campaigns

  on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of

  A/B testing, conversion funnels, and bid optimization.

• Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
• Creative mindset to pair with analytical skills able to test bold ideas with data discipline.
• Agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
