### *Key Responsibilities:*
• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on *Meta (Facebook/Instagram)* and *Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)*.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns for *ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions*.
• Design and run *A/B tests* to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative/content team to ensure ad copies and creatives align with brand identity.
• Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights for scaling.
• Stay updated with the latest *digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes*.

### *Requirements:*
• *Proven experience* in running and scaling performance marketing campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of *digital analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager, etc.)*.
• Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently and achieve sales targets.
• Hands-on experience with *retargeting, lookalike audiences, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization*.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in the *skincare/beauty/FMCG* industry is a plus.
