About the Role

We’re looking for a

data-driven, growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Lead

to drive full-funnel performance across NxtWave’s product ecosystem.This is not a “just-run-ads” role — you’ll

own the complete growth funnel

, from ad click → lead → enrollment → CAC optimization → retention & reactivation. You’ll experiment, scale, and iterate across channels, cohorts, and campaigns to achieve performance excellence.If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Full-Funnel Growth
  • Plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google Search, Display, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Own key growth metrics — Leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and Enrollments — across products and geographies.
  • Design and execute multi-product funnel strategies for different audience segments:
    • NIAT (17–18 yrs)
    • NxtWave Academy (18–20 yrs)
    • NxtWave Intensive (22–28 yrs)
🧩 Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation
  • Manage WebEngage automations — SMS, WhatsApp, and Email journeys.
  • Build and optimize drip campaigns, remarketing logic, and segmented nurturing flows.
  • Collaborate with CRM and content teams to reduce lead decay and improve conversion ratios.
📊 Performance Intelligence & Analytics
  • Own dashboards, attribution models, and cohort-level ROI tracking.
  • Analyze performance by region, channel, and creative, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Drive experimentation frameworks — budget reallocations, offer testing, ad hook optimization, etc.
🎨 Creative Strategy & GTM Execution
  • Co-own creative briefing, ad scripting, and landing page optimization with Brand & Creative teams.
  • Run data-informed A/B tests across creatives, formats, CTAs, and messaging.
  • Ensure every creative output is aligned with growth objectives.
🧠 Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a small team of campaign managers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Brand, Tech, and CRM teams.
  • Conduct training sessions on full-funnel performance best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5–10 years in Performance Marketing, preferably in EdTech / FinTech / HealthTech / Insurance.
  • Proven track record of scaling budgets above ₹1 Cr/month with strong ROI.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, WebEngage, and Excel dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset — you think in funnels, cohorts, and experiments.
  • Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Fast, precise, and relentlessly impact-oriented.
